We offer Bridal and Formal wear alterations.
We require at least 8 weeks (2 months) prior to your wedding date or a rush fee will be added to your alterations and depending on workload at the time, we may not be able to accommodate your alterations.
The alterations process is typically 3-4 appointments. Typically each appointment is roughly 2-3 weeks apart.
The first fitting can be up to 1 hour, additional fittings are usually 30 minutes. The final
fitting is also up to 1 hour to demonstrate and train someone to do the bustle.
1st Fitting – We focus on the fit of the bodice, straps/shoulders, hips.
2nd Fitting – We confirm the alterations done and mark the hem and choose the style of
the bustle.
3rd Fitting – We confirm the hem alterations and bustle.
4th Fitting – If additional changes were requested, we may need additional fittings.
Every fitting you must bring your shoes and any undergarments you want to wear. These items affect the fit of the dress and change the way the dress lays.
